We are launching something new at our Brooklyn studio, The Constellation. Introducing “Re:learning”, an after-work conversation series that’s part salon and part screening with a focus on sharing and discussing innovative ideas. Join us for our first
For this edition, director Pierre Zandrowicz will share exclusive excerpts from his recent tv series (8 episodes, airing mid-2026), which is a hybrid project blending AI tools with traditional on-location and studio filmmaking. He’ll unpack his creative process, the realities of blending different workflows, and why this hybrid model made sense for him and the network.
The talk will be moderated by Michaela A. Ternasky-Holland, a Peabody-nominated, Emmy-winning director. Michaela is a pioneer in immersive storytelling and among the first to premiere a film using OpenAI’s SORA platform.
This discussion will explore new methods of storytelling while challenging the desire to use new technology for the sake of novelty. It will delve into cinema, authorship, and what really changes—and what doesn’t—when new tools enter the room.
In collaboration with Plena Productions.
